Fees and rates

• Generosity rate – €500
  The real cost of one participant at Ethno Flanders is around €600. The generosity rate of €500 helps cover meals and accommodation, local transport during the camp, and the support of our artistic mentors and organizing team. By choosing this rate, you also help make it possible for participants with fewer financial resources to take part.

• Europe – plus rate – €360
  The actual cost per participant at Ethno Flanders is around €600. This middle rate helps cover the basic expenses of the camp and allows our artistic mentors to receive a modest fee for their work. We recognize that travel distances, travel costs, and personal circumstances can vary across Europe, and this rate aims to keep participation accessible while still supporting the people who make the camp possible.

• Europe – basic rate – €330
  The actual cost per participant at Ethno Flanders is around €600. This middle rate helps cover the basic expenses of the camp and allows our artistic mentors to receive a modest fee for their work. We recognize that travel distances, travel costs, and personal circumstances can vary across Europe, and this rate aims to keep participation accessible while still supporting the people who make the camp possible.

• Europe – low rate – €300
  The actual cost per participant at Ethno Flanders is around €600. This reduced rate helps cover essential camp costs such as accommodation and meals. It is designed to support participants for whom the full contribution is not possible, taking into account different financial situations and travel realities across Europe, while still making it possible for the camp to take place.

• Outside of Europe – €200
  The actual cost per participant at Ethno Flanders is around €600. This rate helps organize Ethno Flanders. It is designed to support participants from outside of europe. Aknowledging the different travel situations.

What to prepare?

One tune/song to present yourself and/or cultural interest to the Ethno group. This can be solo or with your delegation. If you don’t know who else is coming from your country, feel free to ask us, we’ll get you in contact with each other.

One tune/song per delegation to teach to the other participants during the Ethno. This tune or song will be arranged to be performed at the concerts.

No Ethno Flanders without epic concerts!

• Saturday 8th of August we will have a concert in Ghent
• Sunday the 9nd of August concert at Festival Dranouter.
• Monday 10th of August is a cool down concert, close by the camp location
