We are having the best time at Ethno USA! The past few days have been jam-packed with workshops as we learn tunes taught by some participants. The songs being learned have roots from all over the world, including Scotland, Sweden, Chile, India, Jordan, the United States, and more!

As many of our participants are first-time Ethnopians, it’s so fun to see everyone catch on quickly to a new tune and within 30 minutes start sounding like they’ve been playing together for years! In between workshops, we’ve been spending as much time as possible outside because the weather in the mountains has been absolutely perfect this week. All of the participants are also very committed to making sure the performance at LEAF Festival at the end of the week is of the best quality possible, so all of the different sections have been meeting separately on their own during rest time.
