Artistic Mentor Training 2026 (AMT): Applications Are Open! 

Get ready for one of the most exciting and transformative gatherings in the Ethno network ! This year, we are heading to Tunisia for our 4th edition of AMT.

The Artistic Mentor Training

The AMT is a hands-on, intensive program designed to empower current and aspiring Artistic Mentors with the practical tools and training needed to facilitate and support the workshops and music exchanges at Ethno camps. 

Participants dive into real-life mentoring scenarios with facilitating workshops, leading rehearsals, arranging tunes, all while supporting intercultural and group dynamics.

A unique feature of the AMT is the opportunity to meet and network with Ethno organisers from around the world, who attend their own annual training in parallel (the Organisers Annual Training – OAT) with several joint sessions between mentors and organisers built into the program.

From our first edition in Nafplion, Greece (2023) with 17 mentors from 13 countries, to our third edition in Ghent, Belgium (2025) with 28 mentors from 21 countries, this journey just keeps growing and offering an amazing chance to meet with mentors all around the world.
