Ethno Sicily 2024

Hello and welcome to our 6th folk music summer camp on the slopes of the volcano Etna!

You will have the opportunity to create connections with other young musicians from all over the world, exchange and share the traditional music of your cultural background, in a suggestive location between Etna and the sea. One week of music, workshops, jam sessions, rehersals and a final concert included in the festival program of “Alkantara Fest”, our international folk and world music festival now in its 20th edition.

Location: the camp will take place in Zafferana Etnea (Catania), a small town located at 600 meters above sea level, on the eastern slopes of the volcano, in the village of Pisano Etneo.
