Ethno Rendezvous 2023

Ethno Rendezvous is a 4-day gathering of ethnofanatics. The idea is to learn ethno bangers from 8 different leaders. The tunes are chosen and arranged by the leaders who then send them to the 25 participants to learn before-hand. Participants can be new or veteran ethnonians who haven’t been to the camp for a long time already.

This year’s leaders are shining ethno-world stars Kertu-Liis Õnnis, Jakob Ermann, Hellika Otsar, Kärt Pihlap, Artur Ermel, Mart Adermann, Mia Matilda Tammekun, Thomas John Gray. Their mentor will be Miina Adermann.

Ethno Rendezvous will take place on 21st-24th March 2023 and will culminate with a concert at the Estonian Traditional Music Center (ETMC) birthday party.

FEE AND REGISTRATION

The fee for participating is 100 euros.

This contains:

– accommodation 21st until 24th March (including the night after the party)

– catering from 21st lunch until 24th dinner

– performer entrance to the ETMC birthday party

– studies during the camp

The fee for camp without catering is 40euros.

This contains:

– accommodation 21st until 24th March (including the night after the party)

– performer entrance to the ETMC birthday party

– studies during the camp

The affirmation letter will be sent in two weeks after the registration application. Once you’ve gotten the affirmation letter we kindly ask you to transfer a non-refundable guarantee 25euros to MTÜ Eesti Pärimusmuusika Keskus current account SEB EE691010220008039018. The advance payment guarantees a spot in the camp!

The other 75euros (15euros for the ones who chose non-catering fee) must be on the same account for 1st March 2023 . The explanation of payment should be “Ethno Rendezvous 2023 + your name”. The registration will end on 25th February but we will be taking more participants if there will be free spots.
