Ethno Family Croatia

At Ethno Family, children and adults (parents, grandparents, aunties and uncles, …) get together for one week to make music, learn from each other and play a (small) concert at the end.

We invite our teams of children and adults to bring a tune or a song in their own language and teach it to the rest of the group. With the help of artistic mentors, we make an arrangement where every child and adult has a role. We use our voices, body percussion, small percussion instruments and of course instruments participants play. At the end of the week, there will be a small performance in town. The residency aims mostly for children of primary school age and older, but we don’t want to exclude any younger. If you play an instrument, please bring it, but of course everybody can sing, clap and dance!

Ethno Family Croatia is organized by TradinEtno in cooperation with Hrvatska Glazbena Mladež / Ethno Croatia, with the support of Grad Pazin and Istrian Region.
