Ethno Croatia 2008

Ethno Croatia 2008 was held in July in Grožnjan, Istria, at the International Cultural Centre of Jeunesses Musicales Croatia, within the global Ethno network by Jeunesses Musicales International.

Young musicians aged 18–30 gathered in the “City of Artists” to share traditional folk music through peer-to-peer learning, teaching each other songs by ear in workshops and jam sessions. The collaborative repertoire included pieces such as the Danish Wedding March, recorded live in Grožnjan, with performances later featured in the Ethno In Transit – LIVE collection.
