Ethno India takes place every second year since 2014. The first Ethno India took place in the mountains of Himachal Pradesh from Feb 23-March 3, 2014. At the village of Bir, surrounded by snow-clad mountains, 40 musicians and 3 Artistic Leaders from 12 countries together with 6 crew and 2 recording engineers held an Ethno camp and recorded a CD.
The second Ethno camp took place in 2016, at the Jim Corbett National Park in Ramnagar.
The third edition also took place at the Jim Corbett National Park in 2018, with the finale concert at the iconic Lotus temple in New Delhi.
The fourth edition took place from March 6-16, and included in it the colourful festival of Holi.
Location
The camps are held in comfortable accommodation nestled in the lap of nature at the Jim Corbett National Park. Participants will have the chance to go on a jeep safari through the park and perhaps spot a tiger!
