Ethno Sweden 1992 took place in Falun, Sweden, as part of the global Ethno programme by Jeunesses Musicales International. Organized by the Falun Folkmusic Festival in collaboration with Rikskonserter, the ten-day camp brought together around 100 young folk musicians in late June to early July.
As the third edition, it strengthened its mission as an international world music camp centered on peer-to-peer learning, where participants shared traditional music from their own cultures through workshops and jam sessions. The programme introduced Ethnotes, a daily newsletter documenting the experience, and concluded with performances at the Falun Folkmusic Festival.
